Gao Jianjin

As director of the Central Conservatory of Music, Gao has helped the national leading musical institution in China to cater to all levels, from primary-level students to postgraduates. In recent years he has developed strong relationships between the conservatory and overseas institutions, foreign musicians and scholars, who are frequently invited to lecture. The Conservatory, in turn, sends its own faculty members and students abroad to pursue further studies, lecture or give performances.
